I bought my first house with a different realtor a few years ago. My fiancé and I cleaned it up and decided to sell and look for a new home in a better school district. Her ability to foresee problems not only with the layout and staging but structural or mechanical issues that will most certainly come up during inspections solidified our initial feelings we had when we first met Brenda, hands down we have a real estate heavy weight on our side. Brenda had us multiple offers bidding up our home in under a week. She and her staff will make you feel confident and calm throughout what is in most everyone's case a stressful process. As long as we're in this area we will never use another realtor, Brenda changed our whole mindset on how good you can actually feel during the home buying and selling process. Our stress evaporated while working with Brenda, and we just received word of our accepted offer on our future home!
